The Delegation of Tasks

Not using your smile is like having a million dollars in your account
without the privilege to withdraw any money.

Delegating responsibility is one of the key factors in any venture. When authority is centralized in one individual, then responsibility of the same should not be fixed on another. Authority and responsibility go hand in hand.

A pyramid structure is always more productive. Oftentimes, individuals typically harbor the thought, "Oh, I can do better than all of them put together," or, "I am the best amongst all."

Yet one must rise above this by pondering over the fact that several people working towards the accomplishment of a goal means so many more pairs of hands and so many hours are being put in. Think of a situation whereby you have to build a house. You may have the greatest desire to build the house by yourself but it may take you years to complete the work. Sometimes this is due to a lack of knowledge or experience.

One man's brain plus one other will produce double the ideas as one producing alone. These two minds plus two more will produce four times as much, as so on. A larger group will begin to represent a creative meeting and the ratio keeps on multiplying.

Even God delegated his responsibility to others by residing in each one of us. We try to subdue that voice through our ego but God, the resident inside us, shows us the right path.
